Inflight Service Coordinator

The Inflight Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Union Aviation commanded flight has the required amenities per the client’s request. This position will provide an enhanced level of service consistently, including but not limited to the quality of private jet service. The successful candidate must have the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once while keeping track of impending & ever-changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare & reset aircraft per Union Aviation Standards for all charter, retail & owner flights
  • Assist crew members with prepping & resetting for their designated flights
  • Stockroom rotation and aircraft inventory management
  • Introduction and development of POS materials
  • Assist with initial amenity setup of newly received aircraft onto management certificate
  • Quality checks each aircraft and work closely with maintenance, interiors, and line service to remedy any discrepancies
  • Flight Analysis Report - delegate tasks to appropriate departments; maintain the flight statistics database (at the end of the month); control monthly statistics and reports
  • Adopt new processes, organizational improvements, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support Service Crew Manager to organize and manage all parts of the recruitment
  • Responsible of service crew uniform design and arrangement
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent communications, multitasking, & organizational skills
  • Musthave the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must possess excellent critical thinking and quality decision making abilities
  • Creative, out of box thinking
  • Aviation and/or Customer Service/ Hospitality experience will be considered as advantage
  • Duties on office hours, with high flexibility on irregular hours if needed
  • Tech-savvy
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License, personal vehicle on some of the duties
  • Excellent English (both written and spoken) good Latvian and Russian language knowledge is a must
