Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining professional and trusting relations with aircraft owners
- Developing a thorough understanding of the client's needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Liaise between aircraft owner, external providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operation
- Participation in conferences, exhibitions, and negotiations
- Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, preventing future problems
Requirements and qualifications
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferable
- Mature and stress-resistant personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, detail-oriented
- Ability to cope with very high levels of responsibility and stress
- Previous management experience is desirable
- Readiness to work flexible hours
